Return Policy

We provide our services to you subject to the following conditions:

  • Please do check your order against our size chart carefully to avoid size returns.
  • You may contact us to give your accurate measurements. Custom size orders will not be returned.
  • Virtual colors may vary a little, please bear that in mind while shopping.

– If you have received damaged goods or in case a wrong order has been delivered to you, we will send a replacement to you.

— Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any damage. Damaged, altered or soiled garments will be returned to you. Returned garments will only be accepted in their original packaging including hang tags.

– Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions

Process:

Once your return is received, it is inspected by the quality team. If your return is approved, a store exchange will automatically be applied to your House of Kilti account.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping

costs are non-refundable.
